Q. Why do I have to pay now, can’t I mail you a check?
A. In order to keep our fees as reasonable as possible, once treatment has been completed, payment will be due at time of service.
Q. Do you take my insurance?
A. Currently, we are in-network with Delta Dental and CSEA only. For all other dental insurance plans, we are considered “out of network,” however, we will do our best to maximize your benefits. We will do a complimentary benefit check before your first visit and notify you of any issues.
Q. Why are you taking x-rays again, I am just here for a cleaning?
A. In order to give you an accurate diagnosis, we take x-rays to assist us in seeing what we cannot see without them.
